Shipping Promotion: Free Shipping During the Promotional Period
Free shipping during the promotional period from 01/12/2025 to 31/12/2025!
All of our electric bicycles (e-bikes) are shipped free of charge by freight carrier during the promotional period from 01/12/2025 to 31/12/2025.
Scope of Delivery
The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to countries of the European Union.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Deliveries within Germany
Parts and accessories:
Are shipped free of charge as parcel shipments.
Bicycles (bulky goods, freight shipping):
All of our bicycles are shipped by freight carrier.
Standard shipping costs: €89.00 per shipment.
If your order contains both freight items and parcel-eligible items, you will only be charged for freight shipping.
Bulky goods are clearly marked as such in the respective product description.
Deliveries within the European Union

Return Conditions (Freight Shipping)
In the event of a return or non-acceptance of the goods (e.g. electric bicycles), the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment, provided that the return is carried out by freight carrier.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective product description, the following delivery times apply:
Deliveries within Germany:
Delivery time: 3–7 days after receipt of payment.
Deliveries within the European Union:
Delivery time: 5–14 days after receipt of payment.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
